The Research and Development Centre Biostat is consistently expanding its online training offer aimed at both candidates and professionals already working in the clinical research industry (CRO).
The Biostat’s online courses comprehensively cover topics related to statistics in clinical trials and the interpretation of medical research results. Biostat offers options for individuals aspiring to work in clinical research, as well as those already working in the CRO industry and looking to enhance their knowledge and skills.

The authors of Biostat’s courses are the following experts:
Andrzej Tomski - Lecturer and researcher at the University of Silesia, Faculty of Mathematics. He is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics. His specialization is in biomathematics. At Biostat, he is responsible for statistical areas in clinical trials (analysis plans, method selection, statistical processing).
Aneta Piechaczek - Statistician and econometrician. From 2017 to 2021, she was a researcher at the Department of Applied Mathematics in Economics at AGH University. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences, focusing on more advanced statistical analyses in social and economic sciences. In 2021, she was nominated for the AGH Didactic Laurel. She is the author and co-author of several scientific publications related to data analysis and statistics.
